To me, "OK" means knowing your strengths as well as your weaknesses –
your full potential as well as your limitations.

To me, "OK" means knowing your strengths as well as your weaknesses –
your full potential as well as your limitations.
"OK" means asking for help when you need it. It means letting the best idea win, no matter whose it is. It means finding the best in everyone involved. It means using what you have at your disposal so you don't need permission to make the right choices. It means using creativity to solve problems, not prove a point. It means empathy over ego – and purpose over perfection.
